Tea Dances at New Road Studios

Tea Dances are a very sociable and an enjoyable couple of hours of dancing, catching up with friends to the delightful entertainment from our 'in house' band Tonica, with a refeshments too. All for £6 a head. You do not need to bring a partner, the more the merrier!

Classes for Adults

Fed up with the gym? Wish you could do something different?

Ballet is the new exercise for ladies. Good for toning and strength. We have classes for all levels, for complete beginners to try ,to Advanced 1, for those who maybe have experience.

• Tap. On Thursdays we have a new beginners tap class again and for our more advanced ladies (or gents) a class to challenge them!
  




• Zumba. A fun way to keep fit to latin inspired moves. Guaranteed you will leave the building with a buzz. We are hoping to start another class on Tuesdays





• Ballroom. A very sociable evening split into 3 classes. You don't need a partner but we always need extra Gents!




• Jazz Dance your way to fitness and learn some cool routines!







• Martial Arts. There are three Martial arts groups at the studios training at the studios Mondays Tuesdays and Sundays.
